Grain Management announced on October 8 that it had signed a definitive agreement for SpaceX to acquire its nationwide 800 MHz spectrum portfolio. Grain says the transaction remains subject to FCC approval and customary closing conditions, and connects the agreement to planned direct-to-device satellite services.
